Symbian achieved the Quality Management certification back in 2003 after a lengthy and stringent audit process. Following this was the implementation of an industry leading quality systems policy which is still firmly in place five years on.
It is a core responsibility of all Symbian staff to understand and conform to the requirements of the company’s quality policy and to its systems and procedures. As a result, over the years we have continued to improve many of the procedures we had in place right from the start, still maintaining consistent and uniform control of our quality production management system.
